The cutlery and crockery were adequate, and the wine bottle opener was much appreciated. The water purifying machine and strong WI-FI signal were great additions. The apartment was well-maintained and the nearby shopping mall was convenient for dining options.

The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is situated close to a shopping mall and factory within the West Lake district. the rooms were spacious and provided excellent toiletries, with some even offering a water purifying machine in the kitchen.

Great Upgrade, Spacious Rooms, Convenient Location

During my city trip, I had an amazing experience at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the free room upgrade and the spaciousness of the room. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its convenient location next to a shopping mall, making it easy to find places to eat. Additionally, the hotel was located near a construction site, but it wasn't bothersome in any way.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the breakfast. The choices were limited, and the bread even had mold on it. I think it was outsourced by the hotel. Another issue was accessibility - guests with heavy luggage had to carry it from the basement car park to the lift to reach the lobby.
